Updated July 6, 2008 Helping find Missing Parsis
and Zoroastrians Every one in two missing Parsi cases referred to us, gets solved! Hi and welcome to TheMissingParsi.com My name is Ader Gandi and I live in San Francisco, California, USA. My email address is Ader@Gandi.com and AderGandi@gmail.com. Currently, I am in Bombay. You can reach me on my cell phone 93249 16509 I, along with Yazdi Tantra in Bombay, started TheMissingParsi.com on October 1st. 2005. Our idea behind the TheMissingParsi.com is simple: use the power of the Internet to help fellow Parsis and Zoroastrians connect with people they have lost touch with. This idea came to me as a result of the many requests from fellow Parsis all over the world who would ask if I knew of someone they used to know, who they had since lost touch with, and could I help them find the person. I would get these requests because I am the founder of www.TheParsiChronicle.com which is visited by 300 people daily. TheMissingParsi.com is going to help people with such requests in the following 3 ways: 1. You can write me an email at Ader@Gandi.com providing me with the details of the missing Parsi in your life. The more detail you provide, the more chances of finding the person: their approximate age, how and where you knew them from, their married and maiden names, when and where you had last contact with them, joint friends you knew, etc. PLEASE ADD "MISSING PARSI" IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF THE EMAIL. I will post your email on this web site, which is now being read by 100 Parsis daily. Hopefully one of them will know the whereabouts of your missing Parsi and will respond directly to you or to me. To see our current listing of missing Parsis, click here. 2. It will provide a comprehensive listing of all electronic directories of Parsis and Zoroastrians available on the Internet. To see our current listing of such directories, click here. This is a work in progress that needs your help. If you are aware of additional electronic Parsi Zoroastrian directories, please send me an email at Ader@Gandi.com and I will add them to the list. 3. It will provide a listing of all known web resources of tracking down missing people. To see our current listing of such resources, click here. This also is a work in progress that needs your help. If you know of additional electronic resources, please send me an email at Ader@Gandi.com and I will add them to the list. I welcome your comments and suggestions. You can subscribe to future news about Parsis and Zoroastrians by emailing Ader@Gandi.com with the words subscribe to the Parsi Chronicle in the subject line.

Case #106 (posted July 2nd 2008) Dear Sir, I would be extremely grateful if you would post my request upon your website. I would dearly love to be in contact with three college friends of mine of whom I have fond memories. We were at Wilson College, Bombay together from 1955. The three friends, who were all Arts students were called Zarin Motiwala, Katty Khursigara and Mehroo Dastur. I'm afraid that is the limit of the information I have. Despite my best efforts to try to find them when I have visited Bombay, I have always come up short. Should any visitors to your website be able to help, I would be forever grateful. Kind regards Shashi Dave shashidave@aol.com If you have any info, please write directly to shashidave@aol.com and copy Ader@Gandi.com so it can be recorded as a solved case. Thank you. His late farther was a very honest cop in mumbai police. He is an owner of very versatile & talented character who is very soft from his heart and seems to be very tough from outside.
